Our living room has a large couch, a Swedish stove (with a filled wood box in winter) and a media cabinet with Chromecast, many toys and entertainment options.

In the kitchen you'll find a sink, a stove with oven, a microwave, a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a SodaStream Duo 2, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. And of course, a large Bosch refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The dining room offers seating for at least six people around a large acacia table. The large double patio doors provide access to the outdoors.

The large sofa set on the covered terrace is a highlight for many guests. Enjoy the sunset from here and watch the children playing in the garden! It's even been known to happen that guests don't wake up here until the next morning. Next to it is a picnic table with a bench and comfortable chairs for al fresco dining. Feel free to use the wood-fired grill in the garden.

The garden features a large lawn, bordered by a self-built natural stone wall (made of Solnhofen limestone) and lovingly tended plantings. It also offers play opportunities for all ages to discover and enjoy (table tennis, darts, football, slide, etc.).

The large bedroom features a king-size double bed and large wardrobes. It is located in a very quiet area.

The second bedroom has a queen-size double bed (140 cm wide) and a great view of the garden.

The children's room for horse lovers (LARGE poster on the wall), a single bed and children's desk.

Our bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub; the shower enclosure is made of glass blocks. Child seats and a booster seat for children are available for the toilet.

Who else has a foosball table in their laundry room? We do...in addition to a separate toilet with sink, washing machine and dryer.

The spacious entrance area has room for everything you might want to put down and hang in the wardrobe before entering the apartment. Our cleaning supplies are kept in the cupboards here, and balls, badminton equipment, and information about the apartment are stored in some of the drawers.

The apartment has an additional bedroom, which we don't normally use for guests. However, we can open it if necessary.
